Spa Reservations
To ensure your preferred appointment time, it is recommended you schedule your spa experience with as much advance notice as possible or at the conclusion of your last experience. Our professional staff allocates time especially for each guest, therefore, a credit card is requested to guarantee these reservations. All spa experiences are subject to availability. Menu service and prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. Credit cards are required to reserve all appointments, including those using gift cards. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express.
Spa Cancellations or Rescheduling
Your experience at Thrive NOLA Spa is important to us, and we strive to provide you with the highest level of service and care. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may require you to reschedule your appointment. To effectively manage our schedule and accommodate the needs of our valued clients, we have implemented a reschedule fee policy.
If you need to reschedule your session within 24 hours before your appointment, a non-refundable reschedule fee will be applied. This policy ensures that our therapists are available to serve you and allows us to maintain a well-organized and efficient spa environment. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding in adhering to our reschedule fee policy.
Spa Payments, Gratuity, and Gift Cards
Payments are accepted from Major Credit Cards and Thrive NOLA Gift Cards. We Do Not accept cash. This card cannot be used to purchase other gift cards. The card must be presented at time of purchase and the available balance will be applied to the transaction.
Thrive no show fee
At Thrive NOLA Spa, we value the time and dedication of our therapists, and we strive to provide exceptional service to all our clients. To ensure fairness and compensate our therapists for their valuable time, we have implemented a No Show Fee.
In the event of a no-show for a scheduled reservation, the Spa will render the remaining funds for reservation. This fee is essential in acknowledging the commitment and effort our therapists put into preparing for your session. We kindly request your cooperation in honoring your reservations or providing sufficient notice, 24 Hours in advance, if you need to cancel or reschedule. Your support in respecting our policies helps us maintain the high standards of service we are known for.

Couples Room Request
At Thrive NOLA Spa, we strive to ensure that each guest has a relaxing and rejuvenating experience. For couples’ reservations, we kindly request that couples notify us if they would like to be in the same room during their treatments. If no request is made, we will assign each guest to the best room available at the time of booking. Please note that while we will do our best to accommodate all requests, room assignments are subject to availability. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this matter, as it allows us to provide the best possible experience for all our guests. Spa Arrivals
To begin your spa journey in the optimal state, we ask that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. For a new guest, please allow 30 minutes to accommodate. Spa robes, slippers, private lockers and beverages are provided for your comfort. Delayed arrival will limit the time for your experience, reducing the effectiveness of your treatment and the expectations of your visit. In consideration of other spa guests, service time will not be extended for delayed arrivals, and the full price of your service will be charged. Please notify our staff if there are any special physical or medical needs or conditions they need to consider prior to your services (i.e. pregnancy, food or product sensitivities or aggressive medications). We recommend that valuable items be left at home. Thrive NOLA is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
Spa Requirements
We have age restrictions for some services and anyone under the age of 18 will require parental release before the services can be rendered. Please give us a call for age requirements. So that all guests may experience a pleasant and peaceful environment, we ask that only those receiving services accompany you to the spa.
Thrive Deposit
At Thrive NOLA Spa, we want to ensure that your reservation is secured and that you have a seamless experience with your chosen therapist. To guarantee your reservation, a deposit is required. The deposit serves as a commitment to your reservation and allows us to make the necessary arrangements to provide you with a personalized and rejuvenating session.
Please be aware that the deposit is non-refundable. In the event that you need to reschedule your appointment within 24 hours before your reservation, a reschedule fee of $35 will be applicable.
The remaining balance for your session will be settled after your reservation. We appreciate your understanding and compliance with our deposit and reschedule policies.

Gender Preference Policy
Thrive NOLA Spa truly believes that Self-Care is reserved for ALL. We do not separate, or discriminate against the gender of any. Thrive NOLA Spa allows guests to choose the preference of gender of therapist. In the event, that a guest does not specifically request for gender, the Spa will assign the qualified therapist available to the reservation. Guests that do not request gender, and cancel at time of reservation due to gender of therapist, Thrive NOLA Spa will not refund reservation and will render full payment of services. Reminder
24-Hour Cancelation Rule After Rescheduling Your Reservation
If you reschedule your reservation, keep in mind that the 24-hour cancellation period still applies. So, even after changing the booking, you still need to cancel within 24 hours of your original reservation if necessary.
